What are motorized honey extractor?

Benka Beekeeping has divided motorized honey extractor into two according to their characteristics. As standard models and luxury models. There is a DC motor on the standard ; model honey extractors and it works with 12V-220V voltage options. The body of standard model extractor is made of 430 grade stainless steel. The body of the luxury model motorized honey extractor; is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Its resistance to corrosion is much longer. The motor on these models is an AC motor, that is, motors powered by 220V. Although the operation and maintenance of most of the motorized honey extractors are the same as; manual honey extractors, the operation system is not the same.

Motorized Honey Extractor Models

It may vary in operating systems due to some different baskets found in honey extractor models. Some of them are; selfturning honey extractors, radial honey extractors. The working system of motorized selfturning  extractor is as follows; honeycomb is placed in the inner basket of the machine. The extractor is started; the inner basket turns in the right direction; and the eyes where the frames are thrown to the left.

This process allows the honey located on the left surface of the frames to be thrown towards the wall. The inner basket turns in the left direction; while the eyes with frames are thrown to the right. This process allows the honey located on the right surface of the frames to be thrown towards the wall. Therefore; beekeepers can harvest the honey without having to remove the frames from the inside of the extractor. The operating system of radial honey extractor with motors is faster than others.
